Sandrine Pommey, VP Group Compliance Officer, Hexagon AB 

In 2017, Sandrine joined Hexagon Geosystems, part of Hexagon, as Divisional Compliance Officer, a Division of 6000 employees based in Switzerland. Early 2021, Sandrine took over the role as Group Compliance Director for Hexagon responsible for a seamless continuation of the advancement of Hexagon compliance programme and assisting also with ESG related initiatives. Sandrine brings more than 15 years expertise in compliance in international  industrial companies at strategic and operational level.

Maya Wellig, Director, Head of Global Risk Management, Sunstar Global

Maya is a Senior risk and finance manager with 20 years of experience in the Health Care and Consumer Goods industries, including roles at P&G and in M&A.
Her career spans both operational leadership and strategic consulting to senior managements, with a strong track record in risk management, business analysis, finance, and tax. She currently leads the Swiss Romandie Risk Managers’ forum, serves in a board-consultancy role, and is the winner of several excellence awards in various domains.

Stefan Tegischer, Head of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Palfinger

Stefan's responsibilities at Palfinger include: Group Policy System, Enterprise Risk Management, Internal Control System, Compliance Management System, and Annual Reporting including Non-Financial Reporting. He is also the interim Head of Internal Audit and Internal Investigations.

Paul McKane, Deputy Head of Ethics & Compliance, Deliveroo

Deputy Head of Ethics & Compliance at Deliveroo, Paul has 15+ years experience in Ethics & Compliance across the tech industry. He has worked in Ethics/Compliance roles at listed tech giants such as Google, Salesforce and Akamai, and also with the Tesco Group as dunnhumby’s Director of Ethics & Compliance. His focus has been overhauling ethics/compliance programs, redesigning ethics/compliance/antitrust learning and development programs, policy drafting, stakeholder management, process reengineering, public sector and third party risk.

Isabel Ann Giancristofano, Director Legal & Compliance, Condor

Isabel is a German qualified lawyer. She worked for 10 years as an insolvency specialist and M&A partner in the London office of a European law firm advising in German, English and Spanish language. In 2021 Isabel moved from London back to Germany and joined the holiday airline Condor as their General Counsel and Compliance Director. Condor is the leading German holiday airline transporting mor than 8 million passengers per year. Isabel reorganized Condor’s legal team of 20 heads and undertook a comprehensive compliance review of the company in 2023 which included the implementation of the German Supply Chain Act.

Ariane Woelfer, Asst. Director Risk & Assurance, Novartis

Ariane is lawyer by education with 15 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Law, Drug Regulatory Affairs, Ethics, Risk Management and Compliance. Her professional journey includes various roles such as her current role as Assistant Director Risk & Assurance at Novaratis (and was previously Senior Compliance Manager, Oversight Risk & Monitoring, and Compliance Manager). She is responsible for the Risk and Assurance program including Internal Risk and Control Framework and Enterprise Risk Management.

Lili Zhou, Manager Responsible Sourcing Projects and Regulations, BASF

Lili Zhou, is a qualified lawyer in PRC in corporate laws and Joint Venture establishment. Since after Lili moved to Germany, she has established expertise in different areas that are relevant to business, laws and commercial contracts. In HR M&R areas, she has successfully led over 40 M&A projects and transferred employment relationship for  ~20k employees all over the world, plus integration of business in different jurisdictions including both China and Europe. She was the lead of compliance management for PRC as well as global compliance projects, and now she is focused on responsible sourcing to ensure business compliance on supplier due diligence obligations.  Lili’s knowledge and experience in laws & compliance, M&A, project management and culture exchanges made valuable combination for general management. In addition, she has built up different knowledge management platforms to always inspire new ideas, share lessons learnt and enhance professionality.

Thiago Geraldes, Sr. Program Manager Compliance, Uber

Thiago Geraldes is a seasoned program and project manager, experienced in leading high-impact initiatives within the tech sector. At Uber, he serves as a Regional Manager for Ethics and Compliance, harnessing his extensive IT background and project management expertise to advance Uber’s compliance and risk management across the EU. Thiago is also responsible for managing the ethics and compliance training program for the EMEA region. Prior to joining Uber, Thiago held various roles at multinational tech and telecom companies, including Airbus and Cisco.

Christian Mühl, Senior Director Compliance, GSK

Chris has over 20 years experience in Risk, Governance and Compliance across various industries incl. about 15 years Ethics, Risk and Compliance experience within the pharmaceutical industry. He served as Compliance Officer in Big-, Generics as well as RNA-Pharma companies with local, regional and global responsibilities. As lecturer within the MBA program for Compliance and Integrity Management at the European University of Franfurt/Oder he contributes in training and educating next generation Compliance Officers. In addition he speaks at local and international congresses about current Compliance evolutions and trending matters.

Alexandra Dobrovolskaja, Head of Compliance Group Functions, Ericsson

Throughout her career, Alexandra has been focusing on anti-bribery and corruption matters within two international companies under the Monitorship appointed by the US Department of Justice from both implementation and audit perspective and has been regularly contributing to the corporate investigations related to ABC matters. She started her career as an external consultant at Big 4 company supporting clients (pharma, financial institutions, industrial companies, government organizations) with fraud investigations, ABC audits and implementation of Compliance programs.
