Elke Baumann joined Novartis in 1998. Since joining Novartis, Elke has held various leadership positions in United Arb Emirates and Switzerland.
Today, Elke is leading Novartis’ enterprise-wide Ethics, Risk and Compliance related awareness and training program by embracing role-relevant, risk-based and innovative approaches to training. Furthermore, Elke and team are developing change management strategies on ERC’s enterprise-wide projects like Novartis’ new Code of Ethics. ore than 25 years of industry experience, in various commercial and compliance related roles, across different geographies enabled Elke to understand the challenges organizations face, when
operating across diverse cultures and the importance of ethical business practices.

Andrea has a BS in Economics and Business Studies and has an MBA in Finance and International Business.
