Daniel Haußmann is the Vice President of Strategy Execution and Post Merger Integration at MANN+HUMMEL, a global leader in the field of filtration. During his career Daniel has worked in in variety of functions such as project management, operations, innovation management as well as corporate ventures and M&A.  Having managed and led people and cross-functional teams for more than 15 years, Daniel is an experienced leader, with a focus on driving (strategy) execution, change and transformation and empowering teams and organizations to achieve their goals.

Riccardo Picca, Executive Director, Strategy & Global Business Transformation, Sandvik

Riccardo Picca is currently the Executive Director, Strategy & Global Business Transformation at Sandvik. He is also responsible for the Operations Lean and Digital Program, the Green Factory Program (Sustainability in Operations) and the Procurement Excellence Program for all manufacturing sites worldwide.

Sherene Jose, Former Head of Strategic Planning, London Stock Exchange Group

With nearly 20 years of experience across strategy, technology and financial services, Sherene is a strategy professional with expertise in Financial Markets Infrastructure, payments and digital security.  for growth. In her current role at LSEG, her work involves operationalising strategy in the world of Capital Markets, Post-Trade Services and Data & Analytics.  She established a new team and capability within the newly expanded Group following the $27B acquisition of Refinitiv. The Strategic Planning function is a bridge between the already established Group Strategy and FP&A functions, to translate strategy into execution through means of processes and artefacts such as clear objective setting, prioritisation, resourcing / capital allocation, strategic reviews, setting of robust KPIs and targets and ongoing governance / monitoring of initiatives, many of which my team is helping to create from scratch for the combined Group. She previously worked for 4 years in the banking sector in a Risk and Control function in Capital Markets.  Additionally, she founded and/or worked in start-ups innovating in mobile security, digital IP protection, digital publishing, etc; she also worked at an early stage start-up which went on to be acquired by McAfee. She was previously on the Board of Trustees/Directors for a charity in London before it merged with a larger organisation. And she recently concluded a 'Board Apprentice/Observer' role on the University of Cambridge's Audit Committee and appointed to the University of Sussex's University Council (highest governing body) as an Independent Member.

Astrid Bretterbauer, Global Director, Strategic Commercial Planning & Business Intelligence, Centrient Pharmaceuticals

Astrid works at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, shaping the commercial strategy and driving the successful execution of it.  She works as PMO for commercial or other high profile projects, and supports corporate decision making by providing relevant business insights and market intelligence together with her Market and Competitive Intelligence team. She gained broad experience by previously working in roles of Finance, Marketing and Sales. She holds a MSc from the London School of Economics.

Abida Lalani, Director of Strategy and Transformation, Executive Board Member, Costain Group

Abida Lalani was  appointed in 2022 to Costain's executive board, which now has a female majority. Lalani took up the role of strategy and transformation director. She focuses on accelerating the implementation of the group's strategy across its four markets in transportation, water, energy and defence. Lalani, who joined the firm in 2019 as change programme director, handles the "day-to-day strategy and planning" for the group and oversee its transformation programme and other business improvement activities. Donatienne Phillips has a proven track record in Strategy Execution, she is an experienced Senior Business Leader with a unique combination of Scientific, Strategic and Transformational Change expertise gained across complex, multi-site global settings. Donatienne has a PhD in Virology (Nuclear Agency, Paris, France), an MSc in Biochemistry and Biophysics (Denis Diderot, Paris, France), and is a certified Project Manager and Lean Six sigma Black Belt.

In the past 25 years, she has led international organisational change and transformational initiatives, from strategy design through to execution, including project portfolio management and business performance monitoring. She also offers extensive experience in merger and acquisition, integration, divestment, and consolidation activities for national and international projects. Jens Erasmus, Global Director Business Transformation, ZF Group

Dr. Jens Erasmus is the Global Director Business Transformation for the Aftermarket Division of ZF Friedrichshafen AG. He has studied Industrial Engineering and has researched on globally distributed value chains in the automotive industry. After playing a leading role in the M&A project between WABCO and ZF he has built a project-centric organization at global scale focusing on delivering next generation products for the commercial vehicles industry. His current scope includes business activities that generate >€4bn revenue p.a. delivered by more than 60 sales units worldwide. Jens started his career as an officer in the German Navy before moving into Strategy Consulting and onwards into the automotive industry. Over the past 15 years je has led a wide range of business transformation, IT, organizational development and special projects. Ľuboš Práznovský, Director Software Design and Development, Tatra Banka

Ľuboš Práznovský has been involved in IT development focused projects for more than 15 years. He completed his studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in Bratislava, Slovakia and this is where his professional career started.

Ľuboš has spent 11 years in management positions for Tatra Banka which is a member of Raiffeisen Bank International. Tatra Banka is the third biggest bank in Slovakia, with more than 3600 employees. Since 2012, Ľuboš has immersed himself into the world of projects and portfolios. As Head of the Project Management department in the best digital bank in Middle and Eastern Europe, he got the chance to shape and influence the way the PMO is organised and delivers business outcomes to the organisation. He has lead the corporate PMO with 15 FTE, 20 concurrently running projects with yearly budgets circa 15 million Euros, working with the whole company in the project management area.

An intrepid explorer at the crossroads of people and technology, he has led rapid technology changes at large financial institutions, applying and keeping a keen eye out for insights into motivational psychology and how culture impacts the ability deliver performance across organizational borders and value chain boundaries. He holds a degree in technical cybernetics, and has been a keynote speaker on topics spanning payments, innovation, leadership, architecture, technology, and culture.
