Bernhard Bieler, VP Financial Processes, Organization and Innovation, Siemens

Bernhard Bieler is responsible for the Financial Processes, Organization and Innovation of Siemens. Before he was in charge of the Subsidiary Management of the Siemens group as well as the group wide company master-data management, internal and external reporting and the management of the corporate holding companies of Siemens.

Prior he was heading the development of the group consolidation at Siemens. Before joining Siemens Bernhard Bieler was management consultant with Andersen Consulting / Accenture with international projects in the Electronic and High-tech sector. 

Adri Simamora, Chief Financial Officer Nordics, Sandoz

Adri Simamora has more than 10-year work experience in finance area, covering banking & investment banking industry, management & financial consultancy.

Currently he is the CFO for the Nordics cluster at Sandoz (a division of Novartis), global leader in pharmaceutical industry. As CFO, he is responsible for the whole Sandoz local entity’s financials, compliance, digital finance, and strategic resource allocation.

As finance leader Adri is proficient in corporate finance & controlling and has strong affinity towards finance business partnering and business & data intelligence.

In his capacity outside work, he actively involves in nurturing & coaching future business leaders in various capacities, ranging from his appointment as guest lecture in Nyenrode Digitalization & Innovation class, and sponsoring ‘Meet The CEO’ session for MBA cohorts.

Nicolas Perrin, CFO, FN Herstal

Nicolas begins his career as Auditor for Arthur Andersen, right after his military service in the French Foreign Legion. Then he joined Vesuvius Group where he successively held the positions of Group Internal Audit Manager and Vesuvius France CFO and finally CFO of the Vesuvius Fused Silica Division. He joined Imerys in 2014 as CFO Carbonates EMEA then as the CFO of Carbonates Worldwide. More recently (2017), he joined the corporate as the group business process Finance Director.

Ennio Siracusa, Managing Director Finance, Saipem International

Ennio has 20 years of professional experience in Corporate Finance covering different roles in financial risk management and treasury fields, mostly within multinational corporations in the Energy Sector. During his career he has contributed in setting up several treasury centers in Belgium, United States and The Netherlands gaining a broad and deep understanding of financial risk management processes and best practices. Ennio worked, among other things, on restructuring of existing and building up of new financial risk management processes, advising companies on the most efficient financial risk management solutions. His career path has allowed him to get a throughout skillset in managing and controlling financial risks under a constantly changing market environment and business frameworks.

Emanuele Tamaizzo, Finance Director Southern Europe, CHEP

Emanuele joined the Sydney-based pooling and supply chain solutions leader Brambles in 2011.  After four years worked in Italy as Finance Manager, he moved to Madrid on July 2015, to join European finance roles to support the supply chain organization. He could lead projects and teams focused on transformation and business support, initially responsible for Supply Chain Finance Europe then combining the lead of the Commercial and Supply Chain Finance for the pallet division. He has become a valuable business partner for the different stakeholders in Europe and now is Finance Director for Southern Europe region, the largest market in Europe for CHEP. His previous professional experiences were in Nestle’ and Clariant, covering both Financial Controlling and Business Support. Emanuele is an unshakable optimist, used to embracing the change within the organization, driving behaviors and performances towards the next level of excellence and transformation. Currently based in Milan, he holds a Master of Administration and Controlling from SDA Bocconi Milan and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Milan, Italy.

Thomas Lundell, Sr. Director of Finance, EMEA & LATAM, NetApp

Thomas Lundell is an established business and finance leader with deep expertise in Business Finance, FP&A and Sales Operations. He built a broad and extensive business and finance foundation early in his career working for multinationals like Unilever and Electrolux and has spent the last 15+ years with NetApp in a fast-paced Silicon Valley growth environment. Thomas has held several (Sr.) Director position in Business Finance, FP&A and Sales Operations through NetApp’s scale-up phase to becoming a well-established Fortune 500 company.

Jacques Bøgh, COO and CFO, Beekee

Jacques has more than 30 years of experience in various finance and governance/risk/compliance positions. He was recently the CFO and CISO of Lenz & Staehelin, a leading Swiss law firm. Jacques has been involved in planning, controlling and reporting for most of his professional life, mostly with new entities, in civil engineering, IT, telecommunications, pharma, electronics, and legal services.

Jacques holds a Master from HEC Paris and various diplomas and certifications in Accounting, Auditing, CSR, Risk Management, and Information Security.

Jacques has given lectures at Universities and Business Schools in Switzerland, France and the UK, in strategy, risk management, CSR, and Compliance management. He is currently coaching 3 startups – looking for more if you are interested!

Susanne Liepmann, Group CFO, HTL Biotechnology President, Fi Plus

Susanne Liepmann has long-standing experience in Corporate Finance in various industries, including Private Equity-backed investments. She is most agile in multicultural contexts and her passion lies in organizational enablement of businesses through Finance.

She started her career as an external auditor at Arthur Andersen, one of the leading international professional firms and then joined ADP, an American BtoB Service company listed on the NASDAQ, where she held various corporate and field finance positions, lastly as CFO for France and Tunisia. Prior to joining HTL, she served as Group CFO at Ethypharm, a specialty pharmaceutical Group operating internationally.

A passionate and serial networker, Susanne is also co-founder and now president of FiPlus, the French meta-network for over 30,000 corporate finance professionals www.fi-plus.com.

Marinda van Harskamp, Director Finance Transformation, Louwman Group

Marinda is working at Louwman Group in the role of Finance Transformation Director. Marinda is an expert and digital Leader by enabling data driven business steering by preparing Finance for the digital future. Always working on bridging Finance and IT with the aim of guiding and giving direction in this rapidly changing world. Before joining Louwman Group she worked at IKEA, Mitsubishi Motors Europe and Nokia. Marinda is author of 2 books: Accounting Architecture Model – An business and holistic approach for designing and organizing Accounting + Digital Finance – Leading the digitalization of Finance.

Bjarte Bogsnes, Chairman, Beyond Budgeting Roundtable

Bjarte Bogsnes has a long international career, both in Finance and HR. He is a pioneer in the Beyond Budgeting movement, and has been heading up the implementation of Beyond Budgeting at Equinor (formerly Statoil), Scandinavia’s largest company. He led a similar initiative in Borealis in the mid-nineties, one of the companies that inspired the Beyond Budgeting model.

Bjarte is Chairman of the Beyond Budgeting Roundtable (BBRT). He is a popular international business speaker and is the winner of a Harvard Business Review/McKinsey Management Innovation award. Bjarte is also author of "Implementing Beyond Budgeting - Unlocking the Performance Potential", where he writes about his almost twenty-five years long Beyond Budgeting journey. Bjarte has now taken early retirement from Equinor, but will continue his Beyond Budgeting work through Bogsnes Advisory

Jeroen Tieleman, Former CFO Program Manager, Nokia, Founder, SiSu

Jeroen Tieleman has a long track record of leading FT programs with Nokia Networks and started two years ago his own consultancy practice in leading transformation and integration type projects.

Fabrizio Olivares, Former CFO Europe, LafargeHolcim

Fabrizio Olivares is now an independent consultant after having spent over 30 years in financial management with large US and European companies. His main roles have spanned from Europe CFO for LafargeHolcim to Division Controller for Plastic Omnium Fuel Systems, Head of Investor Relations for Rhodia and EMEA Controller for Ingersoll-Rand Industrial Equipment. Fabrizio is an Italian national (living in Paris) and a graduate in business administration from the Bocconi University in Milan.

Harry Hibbert, RVP International Region, Aptitude Software

Harry has 12 years’ experience working across EMEA and North America providing packaged finance solutions to the CFO office. Currently the Regional Vice President for EMEA at Aptitude Software, Aptitude provide CFO’s with a strategic answer to the regulatory catalysts such as IFRS 15, 16, 9, 17 and others. Although Harry sees compliance as a driver for change or ‘value beyond compliance’, clients also see the need for a strategic enterprise Sub Ledger at the heart of their finance architecture, simplifying the day to day and focusing on value add, making finance a trusted advisor in the eyes of their business partners. Jurgen Van Eetvelde, Director Shared Services Center, Arvesta

Jurgen is a Finance & Operations executive with both domestic and international experience. He has almost 25 years of experience in several Finance roles, from transactional finance to corporate roles. The last 15 years Jurgen operates in Shared Services environments, setting up Centres from scratch, reorganizing them and shaping them into future-proof organizations. Over the last 4 years Jurgen has set up a Shared Services Centre for Arvesta, helping them transforming Finance into a central, stable and accurate function. This achievement got Arvesta the title of Best Finance team of the year in 2019. (contest organized in Belgium by CFO Magazine).

He has broad and extensive capability in setting-up and streamlining financial processes (OTC, P2P, ATR, FA, Treasury, financial close, BI), "planning, control and forecasting" processes, SOX compliance and management information provisioning.

Alex van der Kooij, CFO, EW Buchs

Alex van der Kooij has worked on the crossroads of finance, supply chain and digital transformation for Ecolab and Unilever. Recently he started as CFO with EW Buchs, a regional Swiss energy, water, and telecommunications provider.

Within Ecolab Alex initiated and led the European Digital Analytics & Transformation team for 4 years. Strategy, organisational design, recruitment, processes, technology, and change management were all started from scratch. Customer centricity, adaptability, and an A-to-Z approach were key enablers.

Prior to that Alex filled end-to-end Supply Chain Finance leadership roles with a strong focus on cost driver transparency, business partnering, continuous improvement, and change management.

Florian Heidecke, Interim Finance Director, nicebreakers, current assignment: FrieslandCampina DACH

Florian Heidecke is a well-rounded business leader and brings broad expertise in business improvement and change management. During his career Florian has worked in local, European an Global roles in stock listed companies such as Unilever, International Workplace Group and Hoshizaki.

After turning around the Dutch Regus business Florian has acted as CFO & COO of Hoshizaki Europe for a period of four years.

End of 2021 Florian set up nicebreakers to support companies in sustainable business transitions – currently driving profitability of FrieslandCampina DACH as Interim Finance Director.
