Alexander Hanslik is a senior strategist based in Vienna, Austria. As Director Strategy, PMO and International Affairs of Austro Control, the Austrian Air Navigation Service Provider, he is responsible for the company’s strategy development and execution. In recent years, he worked on a series of transformational projects needed to respond to new regulatory and industry challenges. Prior to joining Austro Control, he worked at Austrian Airlines and Swissair on airline network strategies, and as a strategy consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton.
Albert-Jan Pomper has close to 20 years of experience in Organizational Change and Business Leadership. Currently he manages the Business Transformation team of the ASML Design & Engineering Sector (D&E). This sector, connecting 10.000 bright minds from all over the world, is driving the global technology roadmaps by developing complex microchip manufacturing equipment that produces smaller and more efficient chips at a higher speed.
Alexander is an innovation catalyst, responsible for Euroclear’s internal ideation and incubation programme (‘Jumpstarter’). He has worked for Euroclear, a financial market infrastructure based in Brussels, for 14 years in a variety of roles. The ‘red line’ of all these roles has been change management with a focus on culture change. This connects well with his passion for new ideas and new ways of working.
Ashutosh Pandey is the Global head of QBE and Process Reengineering with Nokia, based in London UK. As a Transformation and Turnaround Leader, he has successfully delivered cost intensive projects bringing in more than 1 Billion Euro savings globally. He is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt from General Electric GE (CMBB), ASQ Certified Manager for Quality & Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE), ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA), Certified Business Excellence Assessor (CBEA) on EFQM model, etc.
Laurent-Jan has more than 20 yrs in consulting, with experience in industries such as transport & logistics, consumer electronics and manufacturing.

Long time servant leader within the Project Management Institute, Frederic currently sits on the Board of Director of the PMO Global Alliance - the largest network of PMO professionals - as their Chief Strategy Officer.
Claes Larsen has more than 20 years experience designing, driving and delivering business-led transformations. Claes contribution is to both deliver results and improve the ability of the organization to accelerate delivery improvements further. Simultaneously working as a Bridge-builder and Cartographer and trying continuously to instil a “can-do attitude” where we win together as a team. Self-accelerating transformations is what wins, not big-bangs in a more and more integrated and less predictable world.
Fabrice has over 20 years of experience in Transformation management in various area like ERP’s implementation, Global Master Data program, Finance/Controlling Transformation program but also in Global Data and Analytics. Fabrice is currently having two roles within the ABB Motion Business Area. He is responsible of the IS Functions Domain (HR, Finance, L&I, HSE, Digital Communication) as well as Leading the Data & Analytics team. One of the key focus is to workout roadmaps which would allow in a stepped approach to build an efficient IS target Architecture fulfilling needed business/functional capabilities
Donatienne Phillips has a proven track record in Strategy Execution, she is an experienced Senior Business Leader with a unique combination of Scientific, Strategic and Transformational Change expertise gained across complex, multi-site global settings. Donatienne has a PhD in Virology (Nuclear Agency, Paris, France), an MSc in Biochemistry and Biophysics (Denis Diderot, Paris, France), and is a certified Project Manager and Lean Six sigma Black Belt.
In the past 25 years, she has led international organisational change and transformational initiatives, from strategy design through to execution, including project portfolio management and business performance monitoring. She also offers extensive experience in merger and acquisition, integration, divestment, and consolidation activities for national and international projects. Donatienne is a highly focused leader, with a passion for developing people whilst delivering high quality results.
Joerg M. Baier is the Head of Operational Excellence at Bayernwerk, headquartered in Regensburg, Germany and part of the E.ON Group, where he leads a local team of experts in strategy execution, problem solving and business transformation, driving a major transformation program aiming to achieve multi-million improvements of annual results. Prior to that role, he was a Senior OE Manager in E.ON’s “Centre of Excellence”, acting as Lean Sensei for several of the group’s business units’ OE leaders, mainly in the Grid business.
He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Rath & Strong and a LCS 3B practitioner from the Lean Enterprise Research Centre at Cardiff University. Joerg is recognized as an expert in Business Transformation, Strategy Execution, Business Process Management, Change Management and Lean Six Sigma and has been a leading panelist, key speaker and Chairman at multiple international events across Europe for several years.
Koen has 20+ years of experience in transformation management and consultancy, currently at a corporate level, and previously within IT, where he was mainly responsible for Corporate Technology Strategy and Transformation, which included the set up and management of several large scale IT transformations and programmes, including Lean Programmes, technology cost reduction programmes, and the sourcing strategy for corporate technology.
Lars Oechel, who holds a diploma in Business Law, joined the Dussmann Group in 2014. As Head of Corporate Strategy, he is responsible for the development and implementation of group strategy incl. the digitalization strategy. He furthermore supports and orchestrates the segment strategy in the individual business units as well as the major functional strategies (Sales, HR, IT etc.) on group level.
Laura has broad experience as Human Resources and Change Management executive, able to focus on the big picture with a pragmatic approach. She has strong consulting skills, good listener, effective at building long lasting relationships with customers at all hierarchical levels. And, Laura has proven leadership and a project management record, strong team spirit, high committment and results orientation supported by high energy and a good sense of humour.
Marcello is a seasoned transformation executive with 18 years of experience in both the private sector, working for Fortune 500 companies such as Hilton and Western Union, as well as the public one, being new business process officer at the Food Safety agency of the European Union. During his career he has defined and implemented a number of strategy execution approaches, led lean transforations, set up PMOs, leveraging change and project management frameworks to deploy several large scale strategic initiatives. In addition to his corporate work Marcello has engaged in academic activities, teaching Strategy Analysis and Change Mgmt at french and american universities, publishing on the Singapore Institute of Management Quarterly Magazine and being part of an active network of academics and practitioners focused on developing the growing discipline of Strategy Execution.
Mark is an experienced business leader with over 25 years of multi cultural General Management experience, held with global blue chip companies in the spirits industry (Seagram, Bacardi and De Kuyper Royal Distillers) He has managed 11 different European countries. Mark is very experienced in as well fast moving consumer goods as luxury goods to consumer industry. Mark has a passion for entrepreneurship, developing people ,hospitality, marketing and value creation with family owned businesses.
Carsten Kratz was with Boston Consulting Group from 1990 to 2019; from 2006 he served as a member of the executive board for Germany and Austria and from 2013 as speaker of the executive board for Germany and Austria. As of October 2019, he is Senior Partner at Bridgepoint, responsible for the DACH region
Patrick Funcke is an expert in IT architectures and founding partner of Evolutionizer. After studying economics, he worked for more than 20 years at Management Engineers at the interface between strategy consulting and IT. This allows him to move effortlessly between the worlds. At Evolutionizer he is responsible for the implementation of challenging projects and corporate development.
Rosi is co-leading the M&A Integration Practice in Germany. She combines 23+ years of industry and consulting experience in Energy, Industrial Process Industries/LifeScience and Retail to support corporate clients with post-merger integrations (PMI) and business transformations of any size. Before PwC, she was with McKinsey and E.ON Inhouse Consulting. Before her career in Consulting, she had various management positions with Metro Group and Hochtief, where she gained specific expertise in IT Architecture, IT Outsourcing/Nearshoring and ERP Implementations.
Annemieke Hoekstra is a Partner at PwC Transaction Services, and leads the PMI proposition as part of the Delivering Deal Value team in the Netherlands. She specialises in helping organisations ensure they can actively take control on Day One and afterwards capture the planned deal value from acquisitions.
Furthermore, Annemieke has co-developed PwC's Ready2Merge, a tool to help assess readiness to change and cultural issues and facilitate the cultural integration.
Natalya Kurdiukova joined EVRAZ in 2013 and was appointed head of Corporate strategy department in August 2019. Her responsibilities include maintaining corporate strategy execution, update of assets’ strategies, global market analysis and strategic rational of potential M&A transactions and investment projects.
Prior to this, Natalya served as analyst in several consulting firms (incl. Big-4) with responsibilities for financial analysis, valuation and business modeling.
Nicole Weng has managed several teams of customer services for more than ten years and therefore is very familiar with the ups and downs employees and managers are facing in an operational environment. At e.dialog Netz, a customer service company based in Potsdam close to Berlin and part of the E.ON group, she – together with her team – has established a comprehensive performance management system, developed a strategic target picture with Senior Management and implemented a strategy execution process.
Radhika has worked across commmercial and strategic roles. Having seen the entire spectrum starting from sales to country & global strategic roles, has enabled her to create strategies that can be successfully translated from 'paper to practice'. Over the years, she has worked closely with Global Executive Leadership (C-suite) and Sr. Leadership to identify opportunities for building resilient businesses. She has served as the youngest member of global & country business leadership teams. In her own words, successful strategies can be built when you Try, Fail, Learn and Repeat!
Marieke has more than 20 years of experience in consulting, main industries are chemicals and manufacturing. Following on her background in sociology she has a passion for the human side of strategy execution and change management.
Since 2020 Marieke is Associate partner at Been Management Consulting, before that she was partner at Myrtle Consulting.
Susanne and her team has orchestrated Ørsted’s agile transformation, supporting Ørsted’s digital strategy. Over the last years Ørsted IT has changed from a pure waterfall project organization to having more than 500 people working in Agile Release Trains. The ambition for the agile transformation is to move to a full-blown agile organization also on the inner side of IT and move from projects to products. Susanne has worked with Project Management for more than 20 years.
James is the Chief Product Officer at i-nexus. With 20 years of US experience, James has held senior leadership roles in four venture capital backed software start-ups (including CEO, CPO, NED and Chairman) and consulted with some of the world’s largest technology companies throughout the US, Asia and Europe.
